KTET Service Teacher Eligibility

Those government school teachers who have joined the service without KTET certification and the aided school teachers who have entered into the service during the academic years between 2012 and 2020. To prove their eligibility, all applicants must provide the PEN number or the relevant ID number as mentioned in the official notification. Also, the identification certificate attached to the notification, certified by the headmaster of the government school or the manager of the aided school, must be uploaded.

How to Apply KTET Service Teachers Exam 2025?

Follow the step-by-step instructions to apply for the upcoming KTET Service Teachers examination 2025:

Step 1: Download, read, and understand the official notification from KTET's official website.

Step 2: Visit the homepage of the official KTET website at https://ktet.kerala.gov.in/ .

Step 3: Click the “New Registration” link in the homepage.

Step 4: Fill the current employment details as shown in the image below.

Step 5: Choose the category you are applying for and fill the details of medium, part, subject and educational qualification details.

Step 6: Enter the details of desired educational district and other personal information on respective fields.

Step 7: Upload the candidate photograph in the official format [the photograph must not contain the water mark of KPSC or any other seals. The background of the photo must be plane, the photo must be clear, selfie photos are not allowed. Candidate name and date of photo taken NEED NOT be mentioned on the photograph]

Step 8: After entering all details and uploading the photograph click save button and see the preview of your application. Verify all the details in the preview window are correct. Confirm once the details are found correct.

Step 9: Once the confirmation is given, you will be able to see the application number, application id and the examination fee amount (applicable). Candidates are advised to note down the application number and ID before proceeding to fee payment.

Step 10: Click the accept check box and the button “CLICK HERE TO PROCEED FOR PAYMENT”.

Note: in case of any difficulty during fee payment, candidates are advised to login to the profile using application number and id to continue to payment. Also, keep the final print out safe throughout the examination process.
