• System physiology-animal: cardiovascular system, respiratory system, nervous system, sense organs, excretory system, thermoregulation, stress and adaptation.
• Inheritance biology: Mendelian principles, concept of gene, gene mapping methods, extra chromosomal inheritance, microbial genetics, human genetics, mutation, recombination.
• And other topics involve ecological principles, evolution and behavior: emergence of evolutionary thoughts, origin of cells, unicellular evolution, paleontology, molecular evolution, brain ( behavior and evolution)
